Been running to meet deadlines for weeks. Failing miserably to accomplish it. Today, after stopping by an auto repair shop, trying to make the best of a free check up, i became aware some serious parts were worn and needed replacing badly. As a way to spend the required time, i strolled down a few streets i haven't been at since my high school days. Some people stared at me uncomfortable at the dark image i provided them with - black t-shirt, shoes and sunglasses, military haircut, brown suit pants. And even though, at times, it felt great to just take the time to walk without a clear destination, it never left my mind the way most people have to pass judgement on how others look, as if they would stand that judgement themselves.
